Escape of Two Inmates Amid Prison Break

Beier, a well known maker and seller of home brew, was arrested in September for illegal prohibition activity and fined $1. He returned to producing contraband liquor after being released. A mash pan and a still were found in his kitchen with his body discovered. He was unmarried and living alone. Woman killed in car plunge near Richardton
Dickinson North Dakota November 10 Mrs Christ Haack 30 was instantly killed her husband and baby and Mr and Mrs William Shutman farmers near Richardton were badly hurt when the Haack car plunged down a 20 foot embankment at the Green River bridge ten miles east of Dickinson yesterday. The driver lost control on the downgrade and the vehicle went over the embankment at the sharp turn at the foot of the hill.

Man Shoots Hall oween Celebrants in North Dakota
In Devils Lake Ramsey county, Rolf Green, a night watchman at Edmore, was arrested after shooting three Halloween pranksters Lester Maten Philip Olson and Reuben Warner. Green fired a shotgun at the youths as they dragged a cart, injuring two in the back and one in the cheek. He is held on assault with a dangerous weapon charges.
