A North Dakota district court in Burke County ruled last week to affirm the Burke County Redistricting Board action. The board moved Richland ownerin from the first commissioners district and shifted Diamond and Vanville townships from the second to the first district in response to a petition by more than 25 percent of Burke County voters. The proceeding followed a prior writ of certiorari and hearings in October 1922.

Wreck Damages $32000 In Wheatland Freight Crash
Wheatland North Dakota November 8 A caboose and a gondola car loaded with rye were demolished when Northern Pacific freight train No 1691 collided with No 2877 near the depot.
