Ordinance No 5 prohibits disorderly houses within Bowbells and within one mile of its boundaries. Offenders face fines up to fifty dollars or up to twenty five days in jail per offense. A second section bans rioting and other disturbances with penalties up to twenty dollars or ten days imprisonment. Approved October 16, 1906.
