Ordinance No 31 amends Ordinance No 13 Section 2 to require annual fees for pool tables billiard tables bowling alleys and shooting galleries. Licenses issued upon payment to the city treasury with rates twelve dollars per pool or billiard table and fifty dollars per bowling alley or shooting gallery yearly, payable in advance or quarterly.
