Woburn Man Found Dead in Hen House in Suspected Suicide
Eric Lindquist of Woburn was found dead in his chicken house last Saturday evening by neighbors Joe Ball and Gene Clark. Coroner Grogan ruled a plain case of suicide after examination. Lindquist, about 45, had lived in Burke County for around 20 years, owned property free of debt, and had lent money to neighbors. The scene showed deep throat cuts and wrist wounds. a five inch foreign knife vanished. Neighbors reported he was last seen Wednesday afternoon in Woburn and had refused food due to a headache. The investigation contines as the missing knife and method remain unclear.
