MOU SELLS ELECTRIC LIGHT PLANT IN BOWBELLS
The Bowbells electric light plant changed hands when J H Mohr sold to Frank Luckman of Bowbells and Robert Schwebes of Whitetail Mont. The new firm has operated the plant several days and is expected to provide better service. Mohr also gains the Richardson hotel in Bowbells, to be managed or rented until a sale. Schwebel, an expert on engines, heads the plant’s machinery, having installed the 50 horsepower engine last fall.

Farmer at Mandan Dies by Own Hand in Despondency
Mandan North Dakota June 6 Pranie Bruerreman a prominent farmer living 15 miles south of here committed death by his own action last night by drinking carbolic acid. Officials believe his act was due to despondency over low wheat prices and the death of his wife a year ago. He owned two sections of land and is survived by five children.
