Minot North Dakota February 4 Doctor Thor Moeller found guilty of second degree murder by a jury after approximately sixteen hours deliberation. The jury recommended the minimum ten year sentence in the state penitentiary, with an arrest of judgment granted for ten days. The case parallels a prior trial and includes details of a supposed criminal operation and a male accomplice involved with Gina Levi. The matter likely proceeds to the North Dakota Supreme Court.

Mildred Derby a teller at State Bank in this city has been transferred to Union National Tradl Minor and will depart today to assume duties in her new position. The move reflects Bank personnel changes announced this morning.
An incendiary blaze at the Grand Pacific hotel in Bismarck caused a hole in a wall and started a fire between partitions. Investigators cordon off the area as firefighters work to determine a motive and extent of damage. No injuries reported.
A man registering as F Barrett from Billings Mont caused a fire scare at the Grand Pacific hotel by cutting holes in walls and placing inflammables in three rooms. The fire was contained with minor damage. Barrett is missing. sheriff and state authorities search for him.
Williston, Feb. 6. Fire struck the Williston State office Thursday night about 9 80. Snow slowed water access delaying suppression. The blaze destroyed type and cases and damaged machinery and contents beyond probable repair. Mr. Whitehead carried 1500 dollars insurance.
