County Treasurer elect J R Jensen will take oath Monday morning with Lawrence Larsen ending four years as custodian of public funds. Jensen plans to return county funds to the Bank of North Dakota, use First State Bank of Bowhells as a clearance house, and will be assisted temporarily by Lucile Goetze of Crosby. The Jensen family has moved into the old Hickford residence near St Josephs church and will settle in by Monday to begin duties.

Crosby North Dakota April 28 Stanford Saterlie fifteen year old son of H S Saterlie Crosby was fatally wounded when a shotgun carried by Crosby youth George Feilin discharged accidentally during rabbit hunting.
