Laborer nearly killed by horse kick in Hillsboro farm
At Hillsboro North Dakota on April 12 laborer Carl Kekblusch, a worker for Eel Lundlin, was kicked by a stallion when attempting to move it from a barn. The horse frightened by a following dog struck him in the forehead crushing skull and trampling him. He was taken to hospital in serious condition with hip injuries and a dislocated knee but there is some hope for recovery.

Mandan North Dakota April 12 James Paoburn is arraigned at Mottt court on charges of shooting and intent to kill Reinholtz Bohner a German insulted the United States flag. Bohner was shot Saturday night at Bentley and beaten leaving a broken jaw and facial injuries.
