Fran cia Coyne an 11 year old son of Mr and Mrs Fred Coyne living 10 miles west of Straul was accidentally shot and killed by a 9 year old schoolmate during noon recess as children viewed a rifle that was not loaded. The rifle ball struck Coyne in the back of the head piercing the brain and causing instantaneous death.
