Horatio Orvis Wicks Dies in City at 73
Horatio Orvis Wicks died at his home on Tuesday October 29 in his seventy fourth year. Born January 3 1834 in Antwerp New York he helped survey and build Canada’s first railroad with his brother Quincy D Wicks. He moved to Minnesota in 1864 and married Sallie Tenney January 1 1865. In April 1904 he moved to Bottineau and settled on a home.
