Patent Dope Bill Is Killed In North Dakota Senate
In Bismarck on March 2 the House bill 123 to repurpose patent medicines was indefinitely postponed in the senate. The bill, returned by the senate public health committee, carried a majority report for indefinite postponement and a minority for passage. The senate adopted the majority report and killed several house bills including 925, 120, 415, 356, and 299.
