North Dakota Bank Audits and Farm Program Debate
The Bottineau Courant weighs in on critiques of the Bank of North Dakota and state audits. It defends management, condemns the State Auditor’s examination as political, and argues for public ownership of farm credit and marketing facilities to secure industrial justice. The piece links audits to broader battles with big business and urges farmer loyalty to the Industrial Program.
