Prominent Souris Banker G. S. Ogren Passes Away
G S Ogren, longtime Souris financier and Bottineau County figure, died at his home Tuesday from pneumonia after a week of illness. Born June 6 1862 in Sweden he immigrated to the U S in 1883 settling first in New London then Willmar where he served as alderman and mayor. Funeral held yesterday in Souris with Rev Carlson officiating, with sympathies extended to his widow daughters and two brothers.
