Parcel post rules to raise weight limits for first and second zones to 50 pounds and 11 to 20 pounds for other zones effective January 1 1914. New rates apply: third zone six cents first pound then two cents each extra. fourth seven and four. fifth eight and four. sixth nine and eight. March 16 1914 extends parcel post to books with eight ounce books at one cent per two ounces or fraction and heavier books at regular zone rate.

If the project completes and Corey’s claim is satisfied, bondholders’ claims would be resolved. It is unclear whether bondholders will appeal within 30 days after a circuit court decision granting the construction company priority.
