The Board of County Commissioners met February 2 1920 with Chairman Manuel Garcia and members Tranquilino Jaramillo and Abel Vigil present. Minutes were read and approved. Insurance of courthouse furniture by Great American Insurance Co. referred for February 9. Citizen Bank Bond for deposits of 15000 cancelled. new bond of 10000 approved. Continuation certificate of First National Bank of Albuquerque for 50000 approved. Board authorized to contribute county share for Scholle school maintenance. Superintendent paid 100 to attend Vocational and National Educational Association meeting in Chicago with reimbursement for necessary expenses. Adjourned to February 9 1920.

She testified Moore deserted her on several occasions and returned only after pleas, living at the Campbell ranch near Genoa Nevada since February 15. Moore was not in court. he was in Minden, represented by his attorney. Pickford planned to stay near Minden long term and make the state her permanent home.
