A heated editorial warns war with Mexico could be inevitable after recent clashes. It argues Mexico lacks munitions and would be blockaded, while noting Hughes gains with Bull Moose support could push the Republicans toward victory in 1916. It critiques Wilson’s diplomacy as insufficient.

Paul C Peterson class of 1914 seeks a commission as second lieutenant and many graduates are urged to apply while renovations prepare for next year's cadets. Col J W Willson and staff handle inquiries and mail catalogs indicating rising attendance and ongoing growth of the institute.
The United States asserts it will not tolerate bandit aggression from Mexico and pledges to send troops until the de facto government can restore order. It condemns Mexican outrages and vows to deter further violence, even at the cost of continued military action.
The Valencia County Teachers Association adopts resolutions praising Prop R. W. Twining and Mrs. Florence Betlett for guiding the institute and thanking Edu leaders E L Enloe R R Harkin Ziegler Jill Meisfelder and McDonald for their talks. It also thanks Eelen School Board and John Becker Co for facilities and courtesies and notes the death of Manuel B. Baca. Copies will be published in Hispano Americano Albuquerque Morning Journal and New Mexico Journal of Education.
