In a district court session last week Mrs. Winona Jones sued William Jones for divorce alleging broadcasted false claims about her and daughter. The court granted the divorce, awarded the land title in fee simple to Jones, and ordered Janet to pay $70 toward her attorneys fees. Another case, Cora Hale versus Clem Hubbard, sought half of a $12,000 farm and alimony, but the court awarded $50 toward expenses and $20 monthly until further orders. Attorneys Hoover Swindall Culwell for Hubbard and Dickson Rosh Dickson for Hubbard represented the parties.
