Thursday marks the second annual Beaver County Free Fair with plans for a government airplane, a merry go round, and a carnival company. Grover Monroe and Mina Geraldine left J E Spurts home for Enid with A W Adkins on business and plan to make Enid their home as convenient HQs, after living in Kansas City last year.
