Forgan Carnival a Success in Local Celebration

Large Fire Destroys Much of Hot Springs City

A major blaze in Hot Springs Arkansas on a Monday devastated fifty blocks of the city center and adjoining districts, destroying property estimated at ten million dollars. The fire heavily damaged the business district and extended into the residential area, leaving many residents homeless or displaced.
