Man Charged With Manufacturing Whiskey Bound Over in Oklahoma City Case
Deputy U S Marshal Barker brought John Matlock of near Hooker to Beaver for trial before U S Commissioner Thon P Braidwood. Matlock faced a whiskey manufacture charge after arrest with four gallons of whiskey a stir and eight barrels of mash in Lin possession. He waived preliminary examination and was bound over in $1 000 to appear at the next federal court term in Oklahoma City. He gave bond for his future appearance.
