Frank L. Mackay, 28, a Western Commission Co. broker, was killed in his Kansas City office by James T. Chandler after a quarrel over finances. Chandler fled, was pursued by police, and stabbed Mackay with a dirk. The coroner attributed death to three stab wounds including one to the heart.
