Multiple notices from the Department of the Interior Land Office Woodward Oklahoma dated 1904 1908 announce intent to make final five year or homestead proofs for land in sections and townships near Beaver Woodward Hibbs Floris Conquest and Concho Oklahoma with witnesses named and dates for proof before local officials plus assorted creditor notices for estates in Beaver County Oklahoma.
Notice announces that certain named patentees plan to file final proofs to support their land claims before W. T. Quinn in Beaver Oklahoma on March 2, 1904. The witnesses listed are resident within the Kimwood area and include J. Hibbs T. Spires A. Ardrey and O. Gardner.
Consolidated Land Office notice from Woodward Oklahoma dated January 10 1908 states John Durham of Floris Ohio seeks final five year proof on HE No 1412 for the BWH feeH claim to land in Beaver County with witnesses William Dermid John Dodson Leonard Dodson and David Hutton of Floris and Venico Durham also named for HE No 49671 for BW Land. Durham will appear before W T Quinn at Beaver Oklahoma on February 24 1908 to prove residence and cultivation.

Hearing set for February 13 before the Register and Receiver with publication orders issued. Also notice of Robert L Smith of Domney Oklahoma to make final proof March 2 before U.S. Commissioner Bevar Oklahoma with witnesses named.

Hearing before W T Quine Clark of the District Court at Woodward Okla on March 6 1908 with witnesses J Chilcott H D Meese J W Savage and H M Bulick of Beaver Okla Monoux Register.
The public land commission named L. D. Marr and Ed 0. Crssiday to draft rules for the farm mortgage department. Loans will start January 15 under constitutional limits and recent laws. By year’s start, loan applicants receive blanks and a pamphlet explains requirements.
