WAR GUNS FIRED 200 MERICANS KILLED IN TAMPICO ACTION

Death of Hazel Blankenship at Forgan

Mrs. Hazel Blankenship of Forgan, daughter of Mr and Mrs Moon of Beaver, died this morning after a long illness. Funeral services will be held at the Christian church in Beaver at [time] p.m. with burial in the cemetery there. The community extends sympathy to her husband, parents, and sister amid its sudden loss.
