Alfalfa seed for sale by F. H. Daww located 9 miles southwest of Beaver Oklahoma. The advertisement is dated 3-24-05 and lists Beaver as the nearby town and origin.
An Alva promoter quoted in Beaver County predicts a favorable weather window will allow railroad construction to resume soon. He says two new rail lines will be completed across Beaver County and cites the region as reaching development and prosperity, despite a harsh winter. He jokes about the county’s reputation for crime, asserting peaceable local pride.
The Farmers Institute and County Spelling Contest convene Saturday April 20 1912 at Beaver Oklahoma Court House with free admission. About seventy five district champions compete for a Gold Medal in the spelling contest followed by the institute program including Supt Black delivering The Life of Christ with forty eight slides and Mrs A G Thomax singing The Holy City. Supt Black also presents a lecture Where the Cradle Was Rocked with slides depicting Boston Cambridge Lexington Bunker Hill and Plymouth. Slides feature photographs taken by Supt Black and Beaver residents provide music for the event.

It asserts the product heals everything healable and claims superior healing and a pile remedy at 26 cents at Fred Tracy's.
Residents plant trees on properties along the block led by Sol Hloser and H M Balick. Hulick Peckham and H D Hexanio are expanding beautification with more trees.
