Gladstone Institute Subscribers Elect Officers At Annual Meeting
The Gladstone Institute held its annual meeting Monday with President R. R. Dodman presiding. Officers elected include Vice-President E. C. Parsons and Hon. Secretary-Treasurer F C Barter, with a 11 member committee and 2 auditors. The district council paid £500 for the property and the library will enjoy free use of the building with lighting, while the treasury shows a modest library fund balance and a move to adjust management rules.
