The south east Dickinson Teachers Institute met in Woodbine on Saturday March ith with D. D. Hornaday chosen president and W. F. Muenzen Mayer as secretary. Rev. E. N. Sawtell gave the welcome and sessions covered government, practical teaching hints, and phrenology by J B Shields. The Woodbine band and rich music closed an instructive day.
