Writ issued for Chapman man in court case attendance
In District Court a writ of attachment was issued this morning for Dennis Hinchey of Chapman after he failed to appear as a witness in the State vs Rowe et al. In State vs Sherman Walton the jury found not guilty on forgery charges.
