Died This Morning at 73 in North Elm Street Home

The death of 73 year old Stoke occurred at 9 o clock this morning at the North Elm street residence of David Stoke. Funeral services are set for tomorrow at 2 o'clock at the same residence. Dedication of Zion's Church drew about 500 attendees for the ceremony led by Elder Jessie Engle of Belle Springs with remarks from Zook and Rev. B. Gish. A series of local happenings followed, including a notable hardware firm transfer and social events, while a warrant was issued for Jack Russell over a pocket saloon incident at the Merchants hotel and Kirkwood hinted at pursuing the suspect for two years.
