Normal Institute at Dickinson County opens July 19 and closes August 1. Dr. Williams of State University to oversee work. Hope citizens discussed school house needs. Enterprise plans a four room building costing 6000, with $7000 approved to build and furnish. Work to begin and continue until completion. Blair education bill faces committee, duplicate referred to labor panel. vote 154 to 115 to send to hostile committee, but likely veto by president if passed.
