The spring session closed recently as President Livingston guided the body through a full program. Prof. H. C. He urged science driven farming, agricultural schools, and immigration to boost Georgia's labor and prosperity. The meeting also touched on the Technological School bill, tobacco culture, and gubernatorial prospects with Major Bacon strongly favored by supporters.
