Keith Blauvelt and family fishing off Sea Girt, New Jersey, spotted a dog in the water. The 11-year-old American pit bull Rok-C had fallen from a scuba boat and drifted at least 25 minutes before being rescued by Blauvelt. Coast Guard alerted as owner laments missing pet.
