Terre Haute Council Approves Centralized Purchasing Plan

A 6 to 2 Terre Haute City Council vote approved a centralized purchasing system to work with the City Controller's Office, effective January 1, 1967. Other actions included paving the way for new sewage fund collection methods, zoning and planning updates, and accounting procedure revisions.
