United States Stands Alone at UN Over Satellite Broadcast Vote

The United States voted no at the United Nations General Assembly on a Soviet motion to regulate satellite television broadcasts. The 102 to 1 outcome left Washington isolated on a vote aimed at establishing an international convention. Thieu demands total North Vietnamese troop pullout before peace
