F-15 Eagles Stop at Hulman Field En Route to Chanute Show
Two USAF F-15 Eagles landed at Hulman Field on Friday before proceeding to Chanute Air Base Illinois for an air show with the Thunderbirds. Pilots Capt Jim Barnhart and Capt Bob Landrey of Langley AFB described the jet as built for air superiority and air to surface attack with top speeds near 1300 mph.

Kentucky officials cited private investigators from Systems Engineering Associates as saying a pump fountain cord short circuit started the blaze at the Beverly Hills Supper Club, killing 161 last Saturday. State police cautioned the official inquiry is not concluded and will need many more interviews.
