New Damage Suit Trial Is Ordered
A new trial is granted in a $130,000 damage suit against Sears Roebuck and Co. Judge Dale J. Holder vacant both the jury verdict and judgment in Miss Jessie Fyffe’s suit arising from an alleged September 29, 1965 crossing accident in Terre Haute.
