A city employee faces arraignment as a fatal accident investigation continues. Jeffery Rivers 18 of Costa Mesa Calif died when a car driven by Walter Thiele 21 of Chicago Illinois collided after Brown ? arraignment on drunken driving charges and a grand jury may be called. Norma Strain 45 of RR 4 was injured. River was killed outright near Riley on State Road 46. Brown remained in hospital with injuries while Thiele suffered head and facial injuries.
