Rose-Hulman approves 3.5 million budget for 1973-74

The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology board adopts a 3.5 million operating budget for the 1973-74 academic year, a 1.7 percent increase over 1972-73. Public backs against amnesty in Draft Dodger poll

Opinion Research Corp in Princeton found 65 percent oppose amnesty for draft dodgers and deserters, with 25 percent in favor and 10 percent with no opinion. A seven month ago poll matched these results. Seventy percent would distinguish jailed duckers from those who fled or deserted. The survey questioned 1,036 people by phone February 13 to 15.

Tri Ton Attack Kills 10 in Mekong Delta Targeted School

Ten Vietnamese died as shells struck near a Joint Military Commission conference site in Tri Ton 125 miles southwest of Saigon. Six students and two teachers were killed at a school yard while a remodel site for the International Commission of Control and Supervision also suffered fatalities.

Vigo TB Society to form Regional Tuberculosis Association

The Vigo County Tuberculosis Society plans to reorganize into a regional Tuberculosis and Respiratory Disease Association of Southwest Indiana serving 17 counties in Regions Seven and Thirteen. Evansville will be headquarters with a Terre Haute office. local boards replaced by county committees.

Agnew Says Nixon Aides Seek No Press Curtailment
