Death row twice spared as Indiana supreme court grants stay
Two Indianapolis men Frank R. Badgley and Robert O. Brown, sentenced to die for the slaying of two Hammond police officers, received a 90 day stay of execution from the Indiana Supreme Court on their appeal for review.
