The Anzoategui with 35 crew was seized by Communist gunmen after sailing from Venezuela to New Orleans. A tracking American plane sighted the ship stopped near Maraca Island about 7 p.m. Two small boats visited the freighter with unidentified occupants. PSC to Order Gas Utilities Inspections After Terre Haute Explosions
The Indiana Public Service Commission will require gas leak surveys about every five years and other rule changes following three Terre Haute explosions.
