One of downtown Terre Haute’s largest sales was completed with Julius and Edwin Loeser buying properties at 5th and Wabash and surrounding blocks totaling nearly a quarter of a million dollars. Morris Landsbaum said the purchases include 424, 426 and 428 Wabash and 4, 6, 8, 10 N 5th St along with 522 and 524 Wabash Ave from Wilma and Robert Hornstein. The move signals downtown rejuvenation with the amphitheater plan and other developments.
