The children will be adopted by Charles and wife, 20 months in their Evanston home. Trust funds of at least 75000 each will be provided by McCormick and Anita Blaine per lawyer.

Boy Wounded by Accidental Gun Blast in Terre Haute
Max Helton age 13 sustained a dangerous abdomen wound from a 20 gauge shotgun fired by his 15 year old brother Edwin while the pair played with guns in the family yard at R. A. 3 Terre Haute. James Helton said the boys received shotguns from their father and were warned not to handle them without parents present. Tuesday afternoon the parents were away when the accident occurred.

The Associated Press reports a week after a break in rising prices that housewives in 25 cities pay less for bacon flour meat butter lard and shortening.
