About 200 residents packed Terre Haute City Hall to back SB 171 and HB 1602 proposing two new I 70 interchanges between U S 41 and Indiana 46. Local officials, business leaders, labor, education and hospitals urged state action, with lawmakers optimistic despite funding concerns.
