Set Trial For State Senator

State Senator Boyle faces charges of driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene after a car accident near Sullivan. State Trooper Ned Woodward and Sullivan police brought Boyle to the Terre Haute post for questioning where officers said they secured sufficient evidence for the counts. Boyle, a Sullivan attorney, was elected joint state senator from Vigo and Sullivan counties in 1954 and previously served as Sullivan county prosecuting attorney.
