Belgrade Yugoslavia April 7 Milovan Djilas former vice president of Yugoslavia and critic of communism was arrested today. A Ministry of Information spokesman gave no reason for the arrest. Djilas aged 51 was previously jailed 1957 61 for The New Class and has a new book based on talks with Stalin to be published in the United States.
