Mother Turns In Son For Stolen Car In Memphis
Police report a mother in Memphis Tennessee turned in her 15 year old son for driving a stolen auto. She overheard him on the telephone saying he would pick up a schoolmate for school and saw him arrive in a 1959 model. She pursued them to the schoolmate’s home and brought both boys to Juvenile Court. Court officials said the pair had been released last week on burglary charges.

The Pasadena California businessman in cancer was taken to U S Air Force Hospital at the base north of Manila. His wife traveled 9000 miles to Tientsin to plead for his release.
