Two Indicted for Kidnapping in Kentucky Case
Two Michigan youths Henry V. McGuiston 21 of Mt Clemas Michigan and Paul Douglas Davis 22 of Detroit were indicted in federal court on kidnapping charges carrying possible death penalty. They allegedly abducted and assaulted James L. Moore 36 of Trimble County Kentucky after an auto crash on State Highway 37 and transported a stolen vehicle from Detroit to Kentucky. Moore reported Davis threatened to take him somewhere else. After Moore escaped near New Washington Indiana the suspects were taken to Charlestown police and later Lexington for FBI handling.
