An 1843 broadside touts Dalley’s Magical Pain Extractor by Comstock & Co claiming rapid soothing relief for burns pimples and eye inflammation. It warns of counterfeits and urges buyers to demand the Comstock name on every package. Dated March 1843 with sales notices in Tarboro Washington Raleigh.
