The Terborough Press is published weekly at Two Dollars and Fifty cents. Subscriptions prepaid or on delivery are valid for one year. Proclamation by President Van Buren publishing the 1837 treaty of commerce and navigation between the United States and Greece concluded in London on December 22 1837. It outlines mutual free navigation rights, duties, consular provisions, vessel exemptions, and enforcement terms with Plenipotentiaries Stevenson and Soutzo, ratifications exchanged June 25, 1838.
