The Terborough Press declares weekly publication at Tree Rotlars and Fiply Cente per year with advance payment or three dollars at expiration. Subscriptions may be discontinued on notice and arrears paid. distant readers must pay in advance or provide a local reference. Advertisements under a square cost one dollar for first insertion plus twenty five cents per continuation. Lower ads paid pro rata. court orders and other notices charged twenty five percent more. Ads must note insertions or run until ordered otherwise. Letters to the Biliter must be postpaid.

Jones's land has been analyzed by scientists and found to possess excellent sanative properties. Murder of Jealousy Suspect in Dinwiddie County

The Virginia Star reports a murder in Dinwiddie County on Sunday morning. Jeremiah Conway shot Edward Lewis, 18, who lived with Conway's family, as Lewis stepped from the church doorway. Conway confessed ignorance and is in Dinwiddie jail awaiting trial.

A Louisville Journal correspondent from Columbia Adair County Kentucky reports a tragic murder and self-inflicted death. Jacob Burke a farmer, grieving his wife’s death and his two motherless sons, descended into drink and despair. He killed his two children with an axe as they slept then hanged himself in the barn.

From the Elmira Republican we learn that Thomas Bouland, a young man, was killed on the New York railroad Tuesday last when a pile driving machine broke and cut him nearly in two at the hip.
